They were open tuesday but had to phone half a dozen times. Got them on 07961622995 in the end, martin is on holiday apparently.
Jack.
If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.

We are fully open and all staff are in (me included - I took the long weekend off!).

The phone lines get extremely busy hence we have a couple of lines so please try the office mobile as well. On the main line, after the pre-recorded message you can leave you own message if we can't get to the phone (as we on the other line(s), with customers, packing in the warehouse etc etc). If you are just ordering then the easiest way is online as you get all the benefits of our online ordering system or you can email - JohnG, your email didn't turn up so which email did you send it to? Staff tend to take lunch between 1:00 and 1:30 so this is a difficult time to call or email us through the enquiries/ contact us section and we will get back to you.

Can anyone else at BMS access the emails and just hasn't answered it - as it was definitely sent before I asked for advice on this forum.

The Enquiry emails are set to come to my phone so they get dealt with as a priority or I forward them to another email address at the office so in theory it should come to me first. We have had a lot of work done on the server over the weekend with a rebuild taking place so it's possible it fell down a virtual hole whilst the work was being undertaken. I've just tested it now and all appears to be working fine, so sorry JohnG, no offence intended by not replying to you :)

No problem at all Martin, I got there in the end - nice result too with the travel mugs, hopefully it'll lead to an order.
I could tell you were all busy at BMS by the engaged tones, wish my phone was ringing like yours with print orders.
