Roller ink marks from Ricoh

I've wasted 3 a4 sheets due to ink marks from rollers quite bad on both sides of paper.

I haven't used the mc for 3 days although it always switched on, and there was no evidence of this marking 3 days ago.

Why would it happen whilst the mc has been sat there and any ideas how to clean it or is it a case of just running a few sheets of plain paper through it?

Just run plain paper through a few times to see if that picks it up and removes it.

Should i spray some glass cleaner on the paper do you think?

Id' just run paper first. If it doesn't get rid of it all then soak some cleaner onto the paper.
