Make sure you are taping the transfer on tightly to the mug, and that the press is good and tight.
Also, make sure that the mug is in the middle of the press, rather than sitting with the base of the mug at the edge of the press.

Hi mate, thanks for the reply, i do tape the paper onto the mug and do put it into the middle of the press, i think i do have the press tight but im afraid ill break the press if i go much tighter.

no need for such high pressure. make sure is medium/heavy but with no braking mugs. if you time is set let say for 3,5 min flip mug over after two and carry on next 1,5m. it looks like there is such less heat on this side of your heat element.

How long are you cooking for? Which suppliers mugs? Sometimes pre-heating the bottom can help but as Paul mentions, it could well be a heat blanket problem.
Re: please please please can someone help me!
middle look ok so it looks like its loosing its heat after placing the mug. so this mean
a) faulty heat element
b) cooking for shorter time then recommended
