Totally agree with above post and.....
If it were me doing the trade bit....i would ditch the "IMPORTED FROM CHINA"
Some people think that china imports are crap stuff......NEVER ?
No one needs to know where you import from - just that you do !
Thats not something i would want joe bloggs to know if i can help it....

only thing i would say is why oh why advertise your trade section with no log in feature, and have prices on it, i can as i customer see i pay £7.95 for a phone case - great i will order one, oh hang on if i were a trade customer then they are only £2.05 that means he is making from me £5.90 - now i know thats not how we see it, we know there is the printing the equipment etc etc, but as a general member of the public !!!!!! have a trade section, and they either log in to view, or it has poa on it, but not prices

I'm currently just attempting to make that section only visible to Trade customers, although it is proving more difficult than I thought! Definitely agree with what you said though.

maybe until you can - just put POA on the prices, will save it being off putting to retail customers

Very good point! I've amended it now. I did think about that when I wrote it, but couldn't think of much else to write haha!

I've now set the prices as the same as retail prices, but when the trade customers register, the prices will be displayed at the discounted rate.

Site looks good to me. The clean crisp look always works better and has been the best option for a couple of years now..... which is why some sites look similar. Looks like you are doing well with the phone cases as that's what you are pushing hard on.

Cheers Andrew. I agree with the clean and simple aspect Yeah, we definitely concentrate on the phone cases, best seller by a country mile!
