I moved some of my business to Go Creations (www.gocreations.co.uk) a while back. Not the cheapest (not the dearest) but service has been first class. Response to queries is rapid and on the very rare occasion anything goes wrong it's sorted before I get to know about it and I'm notified in detail what happened.

I can certainly name a few I won't go anywhere near again! lol.

TBH steve on here was great...really good comms and not that expensive either....

but i think we are looking into a reseller account this time around....
will get this store up and going first but will be looking around for prices / features ect for hosting
