Wide rolls of Garment Flock

Hi all

I'm looking for rolls of Flock wider than the normal 500mm wide rolls, ideally 600mm wide.

I've scoured Google, but can only seem to find 500mm wide.

The reason for looking is that I've got a customer looking for (potentially) large amounts of rectangular outlines (in pairs) measuring approx 28cm x 20cm. If I could get 600mm wide flock, I could cut them side-by-side. I know I could cut one length-ways, then cut the next width-ways to fit it into 500mm, but if I'm only doing one pair at a time, I'll have a fair amount of wastage.

Does such a width exist? Or does a 300mm width roll exist?

afaik it only comes in 500, which suppliers have you asked ?? they may be able to get it on a special order, but a clothing manufacturer i know in leicester who decorates some of his own garments, only gets it in 500 wide and i am sure he would buy wider, as his cutter is massive.
