printing onto Lycra?

can anyone give me any advice as to the best way to print onto lycra; do i need to use transfers, can i print direct onto or am i better using a vinyl? we are looking at single colour letters and logos. thanks

Hi,

We do some printing onto white lycra for a local charity. We just use sublimation and press at 190c for 60 seconds.
