Is this horisontal press brett? If so how about little pencil sticked to the side of the mtal frame? It will stop them to slip out.

It is horizontal paul yes the problem is it doesnt come all the way out just moves slightly so top to bottom prints are a bit of a problem i couldnt do the image you have used in your example but a logo for example would be fine the pencil idea is a good start but doesnt quite do it i did wonder about dismatleing the press and turning the mug press bi8t round somehow but thats for a day when im a bit bored
