A difficult one, but are they a good customer? You said yourself that you did a "Few" hoodies for them and some bits and pieces. How much are you likely to loose from other "good" customers when they see dog hairs all over the stock.
If they are worth keeping then why cant you talk to the head of their association and explain the problem. If he gets annoyed with you then you will know that they arent "good customers".
I get loads of Doggie club people in my shop. I usually talk to them nicely and they see the problem. They usually understand, especially after Ive Tazered their dog. (JOKE).

PS, I love dogs , Ive had one all my life.

Please keep your Dogs and children under control as the Tazer security system is in use on these premises.

Your customers, and their assistance dogs are welcome, - and not just legally, but that doesn't mean that they are entitled to damage your merchandise.
A polite word should do the trick, the handlers probably have no idea that there is an issue.

On a seperate note, TOP TIP for removing fluff/hairs from garments, - we used to buy those expensive sticky rollers to 'clean' fabric, now we just keep a stack of the left-over backing paper from vinyl that has a tacky backing, - just use it like massive sheets of cello tape, - free, and effective!
