John, they are Orca mugs which I decided to use again after a long break from them as I really need the bright white mugs as most of my customers prefer them.

Thanks Justin. They are cracking in the press after just a few seconds. I'm using the same pressure & heat that I have always used without any problems. These are going with one hell of a crack after just a few seconds & the one in the photo well, that is how it came out of the press & never had that before.

I had a cracking start to last week when I saw a couple of men from the local Chamber of Commerce who liked all my ideas to grow the business. One of them was a director at Saatchi & Saatchi & he said he would like to mentor me because he liked my ideas & the samples of my work that I showed him. Then the next day I took ill pretty badly with an infection in the right side of my head which effected my eye, nose, ear & mouth. Never known pain like it before but, thanks to some very strong antibiotics getting back to normal now.

Just 4 straight out of the box but, I did warm them up before putting in the press first. I know it's not many but, you then wonder how many are the same in the box don't you.

It sounds as if there is a flaw in the mugs or they have been dropped in transit. Have you got any old mugs lying around that you have printed in the past. if so wrap some paper around, to protect the blanket, and cook it again for 3 mins to rule out the press.

Hope you get this sorted quick.

I did a couple of the BMS mugs just last Monday & had no problem with them. If I don't get it sorted Icould always slash my wrists with one of the pieces
