As in the pay they earn mate. The job I was doing I could earn nearly £1,000 per week but, found out the same person in Poland doing the same job as me was earning about £50 per week.

Well now that feels creepy its my birthday tomorrow and i was born the year before England won the world cup plus got grandkids so retirement is long way off . Been in the business slightly 9yrs but more fully in the last 3-4yrs as it progressed from our sign business which i started for my son when he was injured out of the army.
I also run a driving school which is great for promoting our offers .I still struggle with photoshop as everytime i get used to it fing something different about it

Wrong side of 50 but feel I'm still on the right side of it
Been doing photography for over thirty years 15 of them with Kodak, but we only added sublimation last year.
Got a lot to learn but it is great to have such a fountain of knowledge here to help us.

One does not ask a Lady her age and if you do expect a big slap

Anyway since I'm not always a Lady  I'll be 55 next month. Been doing sublimation since 1998 and added embroidery after being asked for it so many times.

Like Ian M brain thinks I'm still 21 but body and gravity disagree
