Mandy the best way and quickest of re-tanking the stabilser i find is to drain the whole with racks still in the tanks. Flush it through with warm water a few times and then just re-tank. It takes me about 20 minutes in the evening

Yup this is true, unfortunately the 4 tanks hadn't been done in such a long time I had to practically unblock them :frown:
This was a job we did often and quickly in the past, mind you with at least 4 of us in the shop. Now we only ever have one in the and i just kept putting it off. Must make more of an effort hey. Taught me a lesson this did, I went back to Champion years ago cause IMO its the cleanest, bit of a hypocrite me.

You are obviously a good lad Nash and get your chores done.

I really miss my photo shop, - somehow it was much more of a 'hub' than a tshirt shop, - seeing regulars very often, always seeing and hearing about the latest, gossip and more,
On a maintenance point of view, we tended to find over 23 years that things generally only went wrong just after doing a bit of maintenance..... so we did it just before absolutely nessesary. If/When I get a DTG i will not adopt this strategy!
My hands thanks me for not dunking them in dev/blx every so often!
