well i've gone and done peeps i've brought the ricoh GXe7700 today

i've got epson 1400 CIS system at the moment 6th printer in 1 year, (i know and it the truth 6th printer all epson 1400) and my current one just keeps loosing the ink when i nozzle check, and i've have to keep head cleaning it (on my 4th set so far today and still the colour not back)

little nervous bout it all cause it so much money but i've read and been advised they so much better and i won't have to do so many head cleans if any (fingers and toes crossed)

now just to wait till friday for delivery then weekend try and install it and the powerdriver

thought i just share

I don't have the Ricoh myself but I believe that if you're used to doing A3+/13" wide printing, you'll need the extra bypass tray in order to achieve the same thing. I'm sure someone will clarify.

There's a difference between A3 (297mm x 420mm) and A3+ (13" x 19"). I believe the Ricoh is capable of doing A3 out-of-the-box, but in order to take advantage of A3+ you need the bypass tray. That's how I understand it.
