print low quantity of embroidered heat adhesive patches
contradiction in terms, print, embroider ... what?
You can buy Polyester blanks from Golden Finishes and sub what you want on to them.
I can embroider, or print, and then badge make, much depends on volume - as always, - the first few are definitely the most expensive, but they can get cheaper quite quick.
More info please.

Do GF still do them, the badges they have don't seem to suggest they are heat applied

Woven badges are cheaper than embroidered, I beleive. These guys will give you a qoute http://www.franklins.co.uk/aboutus/index.asp Min quantity 100 peices. Probably between £1-2.00 each. Takes quite a few weeks for the process, from sample badge to receivieng the order.

The subli-flex from bms looks a good product for cheaper badge production?

Hi Paul,
I see that I am out of the thermal adhesive backing, - so not able to help at the mo, - it is very much a minority offering, OK if we are doing many dozen, a challenge if only a few.
For embroidery - we need an EMB file - conversion - we charge £25 and a few badges would typically be £8 each or so depending on stitch count. I can only interlock square/rectangular badges, not round/shaped.
I will be getting the adhesive backing sometime soon .....

Paul put your image on a usb stick and give it to one of us going to the show and I am sure we could get a couple of samples from the print & Promotion show this weekend

I use the AFS System from Madeira, any size or shape badge can be done cleanly. Take a look at the P&P show next week.
