Hi Guys,

Thanks for your input - I've made some progress... What I did was pull the cartridges out, using a syringe and needle I sucked all the air out until ink flowed through.... Small little thing like this stopped the ink flowing - I have done 1 print head clean and it seems to be printing ok. However I was advised to get an ICC profile. Does an ICC work with 1 computer only? Or is it more so for the printer itself? Reason I ask is because the printer is wireless and we have different computers with different specs however all using the same software (photoshop)..

Thanks again guys!

You'll need an icc profile to go with the inks and the printer combination. You can put the profile on multiple computers, but it will have to be put on all computers that you'll use to print sublimation.

ICC profile needs to be installed on every PC. You'll need one creating for that printer as they're not readily available. Paul is the man on here for that job, decent price, even cheaper if you become a paid member.
