hi there i am just wondering, as am currently trying to perfect mugs lol, could i print on a t-shirt the same way i do the mugs (printing on the sub paper and then heat pressing onto t-shirts?) as i have a 8 in 1 heat press that is designed for all kinds of things

Sure can...same process! Quick tip.....tear (not cut) the edge of the paper around the design before you press it to avoid edge marks on the shirt.

You can only dye sub onto a high polyester content shirt though. Vapor/Xpres etc.

try 1 min at 190c as a starter

thanks justin, i wasnt sure , i didnt want to jumo in to trying it incase i ruined something lol, but its all trial and error i suppose , will let yous know how i get on, fingers crossed

not been mentioned yet

light coloured T's ONLY sub will not show up on dark T's
and make sure the T's have a high polyester content it won't work on cotton either :)
