Not in any way Paul, just without permission :). Getting permission is the difficult bit :)

People take a chance - sell a few, then get the listing taken down by ebay. Too many of these wrist slaps and you get an ebay ban. Football clubs aren't worth it - you'll have problems within a few weeks with ebay and if it persists, you'll receive a letter from the club in question.

In its simplest terms, "copyright" is the "right to copy". The purpose of the copy is immaterial. If you don't have permission to copy from the copyright holder, you're not allowed to copy it. That's it.

Errrr.......nope. Most of the clubs use a company who make the mugs at very cheap prices which we just wouldn't be able to match.

For anybody in the vicinity of a lower league club or even conference may be worth asking. Sometimes they are buying stock in minimum quantities which is beyond their means.

We have permission for one football league club but thats probably because we are bigger than them
