Hi, I am getting a problem trying to sublimate Xpres large wall mount panels, the pictures are coming out faded with smokey black wavy lines at a slight diagonal across the picture.
I am using the Ricoh GX7000 with Xpres XP4073a A3 paper. I don't have any problems when printing mugs.

The first picture shows the paper (after it has been used in the press) ther are no signs of the wavy lines on the paper before it went into the press.
They lines are most noticable across the horse. Hopefully someone will be able to come up with the solution for this as each mistake is costing me £6 +.
Thanks Jack.

If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.
Re: Faded pictures with wavey lines.
the wavy lines are from grease proff baking paper, if you look at the baking paper there are ripples in them. Try using a new sheet every time, or put a sheet of copying paper on top of the transfer then put the grease proof paper on top and then press

Temp 200 Time 50secs light pressure.
Interesting about the paper, we use the XP2028 BW18 application sheets from Xpress and haven't any problems with Tshirts, but I can understand where you are coming from.
Perhaps I need to get some silicon baking sheets.
Jack.

50 secs. is the reason for the faded look. The larger the area you are pressing the longer the time required. This video will explain.
