I have been printing mugs with my epson d120 for about a year now, just recently the photos have been coming out very orangy red, can anyone help me before I give up and sell the lot.
please any help

If you do a test print/nozzle check (not sure of the options on the d120) do all of the colour print out fully?
Have you changed anything in your set-up? (inks, transfer paper, mug press, printer driver? mug supplier....)

I use photoshop and winpc, it does it with both, but mainly with photographs, do you think a customised colour profile would help, I am at a total loss of what to do

it depence... if your colors was right before then i doubt this is color profile problem. it may be something changed in the photoshop settings. but if not then correct icc may help. but I take that you alread use profile??
