Re: Corel Draw help - ive changed something lol

Post by mrs maggot »

Dont know what i have changed, but now when i import a jpeg image, instead of it coming up as a clear photo it comes up like a bitmap, cant see what i have done to change it. if i export it as a pdf, its fine back to being a photo, but i cant work on it in corel draw (not photo) also if i open the photo in corel photo-paint - its exactly the same and says 24bit RGB so there is obviously a setting somewhere thats changed, but i cant find it, and its making my eyes sore working with the images like they are

any ideas

I cant think about anything that could be changed and change the look of your image.
only option i can think of is under view

nope done all that, and enhanced, normal etc they look the same, if you have it on wireframe you can see the proper image, rather than the one on screen, and like i say when i export it as a pdf its also fine, just on the screen it looks terrible, i will do a screen shot and show you

but its importing it like that, i am changing nothing, which is why its so odd, to posterize it thats an effect you add on, you cant set it to stay like that can you ??

When you go to import a file.. there's a dropdown, next to where it says 'files of type' that says full image, crop or resample.. nothing there has been altered has it ?? it's not resampling when it imports is it ??
