Hi i wonder if anyone can suggest the best way to print cufflinks (time/temp/pressure)
I have ruined quite a few pairs because the picture is coming out very faint. I also have the same problem with zippo style lighters.

may be help if you tell us first your settings. so we may be able to adjust them a bit. are those cufflinks are aluminium inserts??

yes, they are the aluminium ones.
tried to print them upside, downside, always roundabout 190 for 60secs, light pressure, heavy pressure.

I do my metal same as you. 190C for 60sec. but i found some alluminum need 200C.

Not sure about the cufflinks as i do the same as paul and never seem to have any probs. With regards your zippo lighter problem I refer you to the hints and tips section and one of the earlier posts and my reply sorry not sure how to get a link to it hope this helps
