Re: New mug blanket - not printing

Post by TailoreChocs »

Hi guys,

I thought my old mug blanket was getting old as kept getting crinkling around the bottom of the mug.. and sometimes in the middle..

Have bought a new blanket, but I can't seem to get an even block colour printed. It looks faded, do I need to go higher in temp or lower? at mo I'm printing 180 degrees for 150 which worked perfectly well before..

Please help as I'm the busiest I've ever been with mugs!

Thanks
Melissa

each time we do a swap we seem to have to start again from scratch to establish correct temp and time.
I suggest starting at 200c for maybe 45seconds.
You are going to have to do a few tests, so work with somthing you can get a quid or two for even as imperfects.

do a small test image on a mug that way you can re-use the same mug and won't waste too many :)
