interesting graphic software - free

Hi All! I just found this software and decided to have ago with it

is called PAint.net and you can download it here

is very simple but interesting bit is this software can work with layers

so you can use it for marging PNG frames/templates. internet is full of them and loads of them on ebay too.

just thought i would share it and who knows... it maybe some use for somone.

Just make sure you download by clicking on the text link top right....I kept downloading Facemoods and PDF readers! lol
