ricoh gx3300 lines on printing URGENT HELP needed

hi guys
i got a big order to get out and im having huge problems with my ricoh.

im not sure i got it set up right as the colours have been a tad dull to me however im pressed on.

but this morning im getting 3 lines across every print i make and ive treyed everything from flushing head cleaning etc etc.

can anyone give me a bell URGENTLY as i gott get this order done today and im at the end of my tither

I could help you with prints but could send them out on monday. I dont think this is good nough for you...

It would make it easier if you supplied ALL information:

PC Operating system
Is the powerdriver or profile set up correctly
What program are you printing from.
Was it working fine before the lines appeared.
Were the colours printing correctly before lines appeared
