no colour in print d120

hi all im looking for some help with my epson d120.
i bought a tube and cartridge assembly from bms had a couple of problems trying to get the air bubbles managed to do it.
now they have reapeared and the colour of the prints are non existent there is a print there but very faint,the print is not as vibrant as it had been before. have run head clean but aint working if i try to run more than 1 head clean a sign comes up and asks to replace cartridge.
then the red light comes on printer .:frown:
if someone could help me thatd be great .

The red light coming on sounds like the cartridges are moving in the printer cartridge holder slightly causing the chip to be mis read or not making proper contact. I'd unclip the cartridge block and FIRMLY push down to make sure these click into place. Press FIRMLY at the front and back as you insert these back in. Check also the tubes aren't too taut as they might be pulling the cartridges as the tubes get fully extended.

Assuming this is all okay then the FAQ Scott posted will give you details of re-priming (the FAQ you need is 3 up from the bottom).

Thanks think i have it sorted eventualy, print is a bit blurry when it goes on mug going to try and sort that out.
