or can anyone point me to best deal on one

i think this has been asked before on another thread but i believe if you go to the conde website and in to the hints atips there is avideo to show you how to reset the collection unit but im sure someone else will be a long with more info hope this helps

no ive seen that but its ony a temp mesaure you still need to replace the collection unit, or risk ink everywhere on ya office table.

unless anyone can tell me different???

Looked like a fix to me when I watched the video.

It's not a fix for the GX3300n they only recommend a reset as a tempory fix whilst ordering a new unit.
