£6 per blank + £50 for a support jig and £50 for a cooling jig so £100quid before you even start. You never know paul we might all be totally wrong on this one but i very much doubt it i dont really want to repeat whats already been said but you can get covers etc for as little as a £5.00 and i gaurantee if they did take off the back room hobby printers on ebay who sell mugs for £3.00 would sell them so cheap you just wouldnt be able to compete. To be honest i think the sublimation trade is so overpriced its crazy and instead of making it easier suppliers seem to be profiteering. A lot of people have lost their jobs and are now looking for ways to make a few quid unfortunatly this is whats going to do for us who depend on this as a living, i hear the tax man is now seriously looking at ebay sellers and online sellers so hopefully this will flush a few out but i fear it could all come too late

Blanks for the iPhone will be available for under £2 with no jigs and standard sublimation flat bed pressing - that will be much more cost effective. I think customised iPhone 4 covers will sell for more than £5 though.

Martin, Looking at the picture of your iphone cases, is the recess that the aluminium insert fits into deeper than the thickness of the insert? If so I can see an advantage in that when the phone is laying on a suface the print would be protected from scratches.

Yes it is. They fit very well and are a good hard case. The sticky bit is the full size of the insert so once on its not going to come off very easily.
