Re: Has anyone used this paper that is cut specifically for printing mugs?

This was pointed out to me in another thread today and looks like a very good idea.

so far I've only been using the paper from BMS but this would save all the hassle of cutting out, just set the paper size in Illustrator and print away. Just thought I'd try and see if anyone had experience of it in comparison to other dye sub papers.

Thanks,

Justin.

Would this size paper work through all printers? I would have thought so. Always thought it was a good idea.

i'd never thought of pre-cutting the paper
it would save a bit as the amount of time i have 1/2 a sheet left but when i next go to use it it's all curled
i presume the B1100 takes the pre-cut size ok

I always cut a box of sub paper up and keep it handy for single mugs

Tell me if I'm the only one but I always use A3+ sized paper.

Whenever I send something to the printer I make sure the whole top area is filled (or instance a mug template and a fridge magnet/coaster) and then press print.

Once this comes out I trim that off (straight line) and stick it back in the printer until the next job.

I have a template that I use that I know how much paper is left so I don't run out on jobs and I know that a full A3+ sheet can print 6 mug templates.
