canon business card printer

Not subby printer but thought i'd ask anyway

i bought this printer a while ago to print business cards
it's a proper canon jobby thats all it does
but the heads are slightly out i've tried adjusting it via the programme but it's at it's max adjustment

does anyone know how to adjust the heads on a canon
it's like this one but mines 6 colour

If you can't do it via the software, on a printer of that expense I would definately take it to an authorized agent for a quote rather than risk any damage.
