New here and diving in the deep end. I currently make vinyl sticker but my wife wanted to do something at dog shows. So she chose to make mugs. Im a keen photogrpaher so that helps.

Current set up and yet to try is a standard mug press, GXe3350n printer, sawgrass ink. For materials we are using BMS Euro. mugs and Trupix paper. Its all set up now and all I am waiting for is an ICC profile to be emailed from a chap in the USA as powerdriver doesnt work with this printer.

Anyways, thats us and fingers crossed in the next few hours we may have pressed our first mug!!

(if anyone else uses the Ricoh 3350n Id love to hear from you!!)

Si & Kel

(PS. Nice chaps at BMS, very, very helpful.)

Hi Si & Kel. Welome to the Fountain of all Subli Knowledge.
Like you I am a Keen photographer and my Wife and Daughter show Chinese Cresteds so we thought we would fill the gap in the crested market.(What Breed do you show?)
I use the GX7000 and the profile was installed when Xpress delivered and gave us a day instructional.
You should be able to download your profile and instructions straight from Sawgrass: http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... c-profiles
Hope this is of help.

If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.

No, they only support the 3300n not the 3350n although the carts are the same. Im awaiting a profile from someone at the moment in the meantime we just printed using the standard drivers on plain paper, best quality and the first one printed fine. (See http://www.dyesubforum.co.uk/vbforum/sh ... #post31642 for the result)
