Several products vary slightly but the temperature range is normally between 190 and 200 degrees C.

Products that need time for the ink to "soak" into the substrate, e.g. mousemats, t-shirts need around 50-60 seconds but thinner products such as high viz, metals need probably around 40ish seconds. Not many products need more that 70 seconds and often a mere 20 seconds is too short for much ink to transfer. The exact timing isn't critical, so when something needs pressing for 50 seconds then you don't need to worry if you are a few seconds late in lifting the press. The exact timing really depends on personal preferences, but these are rough guides. There's a useful, more precise, guide on the forum for specific products.
