mug press - which one?

I recently bought a used heat press to do some vinyl t shirts for a friend's workplace and I've now decided I want to do some sublimation giftware - I love the photos on slate and I'd like to do bags and mugs.
However, on a tight budget (as in virtually non existent) - is there any point in buying a cheap E-Bay mug press? I've watched a few this weekend and even second hand they hold a £70-90 price frame. Does anyone use one?
Or do I go to the bank and beg and go for something with more oooomph ....

Thanks for the link. Had a look and it looks good, like that you can do pint glasses and get the coffee mug fitting - only problem is that it also meant I spotted the 10 in 1 giant combomagic and now I'm wondering if can sell a kidney or a small child to fund one

Our trusty old mug press is great for 11oz mugs, but cannot close tight enough for 10oz mugs.
Can anyone recommend a value press that takes both 10oz and 11oz, and has interchangable elements so I can do minimugs, waterbottles etc?
Secondly,
my press runs at an idle temp of (say) 120c, and heats to cooking temp with a counter that counts down when it gets to cooking temperature.
Some of the cheaper presses don't seem to have the heat up ability, and remain hot all the time. Does this mean that if the ambient temperature in my workshop varies, then I will have to ajust the time myself? clearly cook time will vary if I put a 5c mug or a 18c mug into a hot press.
Tips apprecieted.
