sublimatable calendars

ok so i wouldnt know what these are called or where to look but i thought a subli calendar would be a good idea if anyone feels like designing one..
I think a flat borad with calendar wheels built in so u can change the day/date /month yourself and a printable part above.
does anyone know what i mean? ... lol
if anyone knows of anything like this

Great idea, I used to screen print the headers on calendars when I was an apprentice but now, many years later, I've lost contact with all the suppliers. I'm sure someone will come up with a sub calendar
