Same here, I've finally given up on the Epson and have ordered the Ricoh 7000
The 1400 is a good printer whilst is is printing but I'm wasting too much ink and time doing head cleans.

i have a rich 50500N not that impressed with it john i cant get the colours right on it its just sat collecting dust in my spare room at the mo hasnt even made it to my shop yet i gave up on it

not sure paul i tried all the profiles but no good i got close but greens were very green

how about powerdriver? I can not help as i am not user of ricoh. asking out of interest...

The powerdriver won't work on a 5050n, only 3300 & 7000 - funnily enough, I have the 5050n too, and the colour are spot on. I think somewhere down the line your profile hasn't been set up correctly. If its gathering dust I'm sure someone on here would put it to good use.

hmm :/ why sawgrass dont provide powerdriver for this one?? only icc? any reason??

i think it was set up ok john i went through that many web sites and set ups i lost count as well as a lot of mugs like i said i got it pretty darn close but except for greens the green on this mug is very green compared to the actulal picture.[ATTACH=CONFIG]533[/ATTACH]
