MDP - Flex or Hot Flex

Hi All,
I've used xpres t shirt vinyl for a while and also tried BMS with good results, but was looking at MDP and the price for there flex is a lot cheaper. If anybody has used these two can they tell me what the difference is for cutting, weeding, application and end results.

Price wise, the MDP flex is £1 cheaper than the MDP hot flex - whats the reason for this?

Never used the MDP Flex before John - always use the Hot Flex though which I've had no problems with.

I always use hot flex from MDP. very good results and easy to cut. very sticky backing (not in all of them!) help you cut very fine details without flex coming off. but this has one minus tho. it is ass to weed as sticky backing is so strong. But in my opinion very good flex for very good price and easy to position.
regards to cold peel one i can not help you. I think it is noral that cold peel is cheaper as it takes more time to print one tee (or whatever you print on :0) ). I dont think it has such as sticky backing as hot peel.

i use their hot flex and have always found it good stuff
i did some cool boxes a while ago and had to use an iron because my press was killing the boxes
and even with the iron it turned out brill with no problems

I use the MDP Flex which is cold peel.. and it's no problem to weed or press.. and the background is fairly tacky.. [ATTACH=CONFIG]534[/ATTACH] plus it doesn't look too bad on even an old test shirt I did

Another vote for MDP's hot flex, that's all i use now never had one problems with it and stays in place great for pressing.

we use hot flex,from mdp it layers well so quite versatile

forgot to mention they open sunday 11 to 4 pm but closed saturday? quite near to us so we collect when i'm at ralawise, strangely the t shirts and hoodies are cheaper than ralawise and they buy them from ralawise

Isn't everybody cheaper than Ralawise ?

i,v not compared other prices as i am near enough to collect and we normally only have smaller type orders for the embroidery
