Re: xpres keyrings

Am I right thinking this is the most useless blank to press or I am missing something???
I am on about those:
Image

I follow instructions from xpres - useless
I try some trial an error - useless. its getting quite dear now to just test on them (they go for 16.50 excl vat).
Every time i am pressing one there is a lovely image but insted of been lovely, shiny metal I am getting matt with white blemishes :(
I try to lower my preasure as low as i can. now there is no preasure at all. is just closed press. much better but not good. I experienced this on liquid lighters to thats I stoped play with them.

any one know what iam on about??
Thanks

PAul

no :) why??
As I said I had similar problem with other shine blanks. most mirror silver/gold metal leave the blemishes. brushed does not. wonder if many people here does some mirror effect metals??

because if you're having problems with their blanks and following the instructions they give they need to know. Firstly they may need to change them, secondly they may need to replace the blanks for you! ;-)

Done a couple of the silver effect key rings in the past and had no problems. Obviously the image changes cos white turns out shiny silver instead, and after a short period of use as a key ring the imagestarts to scratch off. Good for a short life gift.
