thanks to the various suggestions you put forward about the mug press fading to bottom that is sorted ... once again thanks

i have a ricoh 3300 and when going to print , what is the best setting for paper to print out please and what settings regarding temp and time ? i'm using tru pix classic paper and the rn coated mugs from BMS

I dont use ricoh but when print on trupix i set my printer to matt paper. it may be good starting point. texPrint HR - normal paper.

Setting up a powerdriver - I think once set up correctly you don't have to change anything, just print.

don't use powerdriver but a few on here do so they may be along shortly to offer you advice.
