How do you Delete a Message from the Inbox?

I have a message in my Inbox which I've read several times, but its still shows as unread!

I ticked the box next to the message with the intention of deleting it, but there's no Delete!

So how can I delete a message in my Inbox?

There's a drop down button below the messages (it says "Selected Messages"). Click on it and you'll see a delete option.
