.....when installing this to my new laptop....do I install the printers own driver, then the powerdrive...or just the powerdrive...? Shocking I cant remember!

I only did this last week, and I seem to remember you have to install the printer's driver first, then the powerdrive - I don't think it sees the printer if you don't have the Ricoh driver in first. Not the most intuitive installation!

Ive downloaded driver from ricoh site but not working!!!! arhhhhhhhhh!

Yes it works on Windows 7. We use that.Install the Ricoh printer first and then PowerDriver.

found another driver - working now! Phew!
