printer problems please help

i have just put in a new ciss system and the magnetta is coming out light grey when printing. does anyone know why, never had problems before thanks

Have you tried to go back to where you brought it from, if not if you like i can pm you with a telephone number to my friend who owns a printer,ink ect shop, he sets up all my systems and know what he's talking about, sorry I can't be more helpful than that, must be the experts night off.

What printer, inks etc. are you using? Are you getting a good nozzle check? Where was it bought from?
