Epson b1100 printer problems - please help

Hi, I have setup my Epson B1100 printer with CISS ink and i have printed alot of images of the last couple of days. all of a sudden my prints are not printing out good and i have white lines down my print. any ideas please thank you

Have you done a nozzle check and head clean? What is the outcome of this?

hi thanks for your reply.

i have done nozzle checks and head clean, but just been looking on here and i had the paper type as plain paper, just changed it to matt and bang my print has come out alot clearer and image is more vibrant. still see very little lines but nothing much, my best print since i got the machine up and running. have i done it right or am i still missing something

oh and my print quality was set at about 300dpi, its now 720dpi

With your ink system you should have received a CD containing the ICC profile as well as PDFs showing you how to set up your system correctly including paper settings etc. I suggest you have a read through these.
