Can anybody help with an eps file I have. I only have photoshop elements, so although I can open the file I can't split the layers down. I need to know what fonts have been used.
Can this be done by somebody with photoshop ? If so how do I upload the file, I can't seem to find an option for it ?
Thanks in advance
Dave

Re: Photoshop Help
Thanks Paul
I can import it in to Corel but that only imports it as an image, doesn't allow me to break it down ( unless there's another way )
Here's the file

Re: Photoshop Help
Hi All,
I don't think eps files retain layer/font info when opened in photoshop unless it was originally created in photoshop. If created in another program all the fonts will be to curves/paths and the layers will be flattened.
Cheers John

Re: Photoshop Help
If I import the file in to Corel as an EPS it doesn't show the image but tells me it's been created in Photoshop 10.
To import the file as an image I had to open import as a postcript file, didn't know that until I googled

Re: Photoshop Help
The file has been flattened im afraid. You wont get any info at all. There are no layers.
i opened it in Illustrator.
if you cant find a font, you could try "http://new.myfonts.com/"
theres an excellent font finder there mate.
