Long story Adam. In short, bought some inks from a UK supplier with assurances that were completely unfounded! Got a new motherboard sent over from the USA - to be fitted, meanwhile, the problems that started all this have somehow disappeared. Waiting for ink from USA and then hopefully back to full production.

The guys from All American have been brilliant throughout.

At present I'm under capitalised which equates to being broke :) as I lost a lot in this fiasco - lost ink, trashed shirts, lost time & effort, pi**ed off customer but understanding etc etc. Enjoying a break from the pressure this weekend - printing 400 shirts is a lot of hard work especially when many fail.
