i'm sure i saw somewhere while searching the net about someone who prints the labels for T's

my nephew is marketing his own brand label and wants his label in his T's
with his brand name and care instructions on the reverse

sewn in labels on printed on labels ?? if sewn in then there are some embroidered ones on ebay that are great, good service and the stitching detail is very fine. search "relabeling services"

I had my own labels made and then used Jami Q's to replace the existing labels, excellent service.

Yes several companies out there to do this. Might be best to find a local company as you have to send tshirts to them, they remove existing label, stitch in new label and send back to you.

I can screen print them or you could even sublimate them.

i did wonder if i could sub them......

just not sure what type of material to use as it would have to be very thin poly
i have some thick poly but thats too thick

Any decent haberdashery would stock the ribbon type material.

When we did them i'd repeat the design about 6 times in a line leaving approx 2" inbetween each then with one print you'd have 6 labels. Simples
