Hi
The previous owner of my heat press did'nt use any teflon or greaseproof paper hence their is quite a big impression left on the heat platen, does anyone know if or how I can get rid of it

Children are bit bit like flatulence....you can just about put up with your own

we just press with plain paper in until it shows clean. Doesnt take long normally.

many department stores carry an iron cleaning solution/kit along with the irons, I used a cleaning kit from Rowenta(?) and it cleaned up the platen beautifully!
