I do sublimation, but now poeple keep asking for cotton, but they want it to look and feel like sublimation i.e. not stuck on printed vinyl. is chromablast any good and do you have pictures of results. Or is there another way to print on cotton?
Thanks Scott.
Chromablast?
Re: Chromablast?
I use Chromablast often Scott.
Theres a unique feel to it and all my customers say it's great.
It does say 'on the tin' that it will work for white and light coloured t's but I only use white 100% cotton t's as during my testing phases the hand was more noticeable on light/pastel colours.
The only negative is the expense with the paper and ink and getting the times and temps right .................. there is the reccomended settings but I found that I needed to get it just right for me and my press. This, plus you have to use it weekly to avoid clogs.
At this point, I'm not sure if I'll continue to use the system when the ink runs dry (which won't be far away) ................ I need to work my costings out first.
Hope this helps?
