Stencil Film for rhinestones

Does anyone know of a supplier of film for creating stencils for rhinestones (ie Xpres Gem Tec Stencil Film) but doesnt cost the absolute earth as I'm looking to do a couple of trials and see how it goes.

I got mine from Xpres, I think it was, but the transfer press also do rhinestones
