hi all......im having a lot of problems getting my printright on my cups....i have a tigger mug press....i can print 3 designs on a sheet all the same design...when i put my 1st mug in it transfers great...but the 2nd mug is very faint.I gave the machine time to heat up again before i put the 2nd mug in??.......i just cant understand whats going on i seam to be wasting a lot of mugs...i have come to the conclusion it cant be the paper or ink could it be the mugs? or the heat press.....i am very confussed and any help is greatful

yes thats the one its a orange one........as you can see from the pics one of then is good and the other is very faded ......its the same on the text pics as well ........its confusing me

it looks like your heat press is not hot enough! how do you know if this press reach the wanted temp??? have you got it displayed on the screen?

there is no temp display.....there is only a timer....it says when you 1st turn it on... put a blank mug in and leave on for 250 seconds ..then put in your mug with the transfer for 180 seconds which is what i have done....and it seams to work on the 1st mug but the 2nd mug is faint....the instruction say for the 2nd mug there is no need to do a 250second warm up....but i have tried to do this just incase the machine had lost a bit heat............i have even heated up a mug but still get the same result

I would have thought a temp gauge is a must, timer you could do externally but if you don't know the temp it'll be tricky. I borrowed a laser temp gun from work to test my presses, about £50 to buy but proved really useful...and interesting. I think it's going to be really hard to eliminate other problems unless you're 100% sure the press is up to temp.

I was looking at getting one of those mug press's and then I signed up here and glad im choosing to go with BMS
