You can download Windows 7 drivers for the GX e3300 here Click
You don't want all of the copies, you should only have one.

Re: Printer drivers
Yes mgibbs is right, you need to get the Windows 7 drivers. We have a link to these on the page where we have the Ricoh Gxe3300 as well:
http://www.printerowners.co.uk/sublimat ... inters.htm
Download these, run the file then connect the printer when prompted to do so. This will get the printer installed.
Next you need to "initialise" PowerDriver - the final page of this pdf will help with that...

Re: Printer drivers
I installed one of these on Windows 7 today...
1. Downloaded Windows 7 drivers from website, installed and put in cartridges.
2. Installed and registered PowerDriver
3. Initialised printer (as instructions say, go to printing preferences of PowerDriver and select the OEM printer from the list, I.e. Select the GXe3300.
4. Printing...
If you system is now in a pickle the go to Control Panel and uninstall everything to do with PowerDriver. Delete any/all of the GXe3300's that are installed on your computer. Then, cup of tea/ coffee and have a read through the instalation guide on the CD or available from the link below. Take deep breath and start again from the beginning...

Re: Printer drivers
No, still not working?
I have the printer disconected, I download the drivers. I used 7x64 as that is the corrrect version. I get 76 files unzipped succesfully. then I run ir I have done it as standard and also as admin. I get the licence agreement and accept. I then confirm connected with usb cable. Then the message confirm the power is off, It then runs for a few seconds then I get the message copying files at 20% it stops and I get the message Faled to copy file (16) D:new folder-1\DISK1\RC00C1B1.dll. It happens everytime.I tried the win 7 x32 just by chance and the same happens up to the error message at 60% this time. Failed to addLanguage Monitor (19) Ricoh language monitor 3.
I have wiped off all traces as best I know how and tried repeatedly, but the same happens every time? I have even partitioned my drive and dowloaded the drivers into D instead of c in the hope that this will help, but no, exactly the same on both drivers and at the same point.
The Computer is only a couple of days old. Could it be that the version I am using is too new and not supported? I really do feel I have tried everything from disconnecting over and over again and failing at the same point. I have had endless cups of tea and read the documentation but still fail and get the messages shown?
Off for more tea.

Re: Printer drivers
EUREKA.
Finally, it is done!
It never worked the way it should have though?
I could never get past the faults listed above after trying many many times.
In the end I added the printer manually and windows searched for the drivers
I dont know what the problem was but it is sorted now.
Thank God.
