Well my recently purchased jsm or ace heat press is faulty. Went to use it and when u turn it on it heats to the max and not the set temperature, been told by ace pcb is duff, quoted 70 plus carriage of 50 quid to fix, on a budget and hear bad things about the company so dont know what to do, i was hoping to get the part and fit it myself but they tell me i can't do that as its needs to be calibrated or something? I have seen a love cut press but here bad things about them too, so really not sure where to go from here.

well, decided to order a new pcb as told this is what it was, fix it and sell it.. fitted new board and its actually doesnt heat up at all anymore!! i took it in the garden and had great gratitude in smashing it to pieces.

unfortunately im all spent out now so my venture is on the back burner until i can save up again.
